Machined parts:
We produce a large variety of machined parts from our extensive and varied machine shop; we are happy to supply complete or perform as little as a single machine op on free issue items. Shafts, Gears, Pulleys, Base plates, Housings, Hubs, Motor & Pump Stools, Machine & Lift Guides, Valve Bodies & Vanes are all regular throughput on our machine shop floor.
Breakdown work:
We provide essential and trusted support to many local businesses in their time of greatest need... when parts or machine failure brings their production or process to a stand still. Time is of the essence in replacing such parts and we often visit site to achieve an early assessment as drawings are more often not available and detailed geometry needs to be taken by our engineers to enable an exact (or modified) replacement.
Refurbishment:
A range of machine refurbishment services are on offer. We usually strip a machine / assembly, produce a detailed examination & recommendation report, then conduct work as instructed & agreed to meet your exact requirements. The machine is then re assembled and returned to yourself in a fully restored condition.
Machine & Fitting Services
A large proportion of of work includes an element of fitting. Machined parts are assembled here on site and we regularly visit customers locally to help in the fitment or installation of these parts and assemblies. Our time served and highly skilled fitters are on hand to satisfy your most exacting requirements.
Large & difficult parts to machine:
We regularly conduct work for a very well known sculptor workshop and have an array of large capacity machines for the machining of larger and difficult to retain / hold workpieces where absolute operator skill and experience comes to the fore.
