Established in the 1900’s and was originally called James Garsides & Sons Ltd. The company was bought out in 1987 when it became Copley Engineering Ltd.

The company specialise in all aspects of machining, machine-refurbishment, and machine manufacture for the following industries:-

At present the company employees 14 staff. All of the shop floor workforce are ‘time-served engineers’ working to a high standard of accuracy. Our in-house design and drawing team are qualified draughtsmen and have many years experience.
It has a varied customer base, most of who have been working with Copley Engineering Ltd for a long number of years. Not only can we cater for Local and National Companies but we have also produced for many International Concerns.
Copley Engineering Ltd. Is based in a custom built building designed for factory use.
We are manufacturers in metal, who are able to undertake large or small projects, as our varied machines are capable of working with both.
